Welcome to the first Equal Opportunities Committee since the new year. I would like to welcome a new member of the committee—Tricia Marwick. I have worked with Tricia on the Justice and Home Affairs Committee and have been impressed with her work there. I am sure that she will contribute greatly to the work of this committee.

I thank Michael Matheson for the contribution that he made to the Equal Opportunities Committee, particularly in regard to disability issues. We will miss his contribution.

I will ask Tricia to declare her interests.
