Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 17th meeting in 2013 of the Rural Affairs, Climate Change and Environment Committee. I remind members and the public to turn off mobile phones, Blackberrys and so on because leaving them in flight mode or on silent will affect the broadcasting system.
