Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good afternoon everybody, and welcome to the fourth meeting of the new Scotland Bill Committee in the fourth session of the Scottish Parliament. I remind all present to turn off their mobile phones and BlackBerrys. We have received apologies from Willie Rennie.

The first item on the agenda is for the committee to decide whether to take in private item 4, which is the review of evidence that will be heard today, and to agree that all future such reviews be heard in private. Is that agreed?
