Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 18th meeting of the Finance Committee in 2012. I ask everyone present to switch off their mobile phones, BlackBerrys, pagers and so on. We have received apologies from Michael McMahon, who is unable to be with us today. Mary Fee is here in his stead. The deputy convener hopes to join us shortly.
