Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the Rural Affairs and Environment Committee’s seventh meeting in 2011. I remind everybody to switch off their phones and BlackBerrys, as they have an impact on the broadcasting system.

Agenda item 1 is consideration of whether to take in private item 8, which is consideration of our draft legacy paper. Do we agree to take that in private?
