Decisions on Taking Business in Private

Agenda item 2 is a decision on whether to take in private agenda items 5 and 6. Item 5 is a discussion of our work programme and item 6 is consideration of two complaint reports from the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland. Do we agree to take those items in private?
