Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning everyone. I welcome you to the sixth meeting in 2013 of the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee. I remind everyone to switch off their mobile phones, BlackBerrys and any devices that may affect the broadcasting system.

We have received apologies from Margaret McCulloch.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on taking business in private. I seek the committee’s agreement to take agenda item 3 in private to allow us to consider potential issues of subsidiarity in the European Union document as listed on the agenda. Is that agreed?
