Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning and welcome to the 32nd meeting in 2012 of the Scottish Parliament’s Finance Committee. I remind everyone present to turn off mobile phones, tablets, BlackBerrys and so on.

Agenda item 1 is to decide whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. Do members agree to take those items in private?
