Item 3 is on witness expenses. It is usual practice to invite the committee to agree to arrange for the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body to pay, under rule 12.4.3 of standing orders, witness expenses and to agree to delegate such matters to the convener other than for air travel or other non-standard costs. Are members content to delegate the arrangements to me?
