I welcome everyone to the Standards Committee's first meeting after the summer recess. Our only substantive item of business this morning relates to the committee's investigation into a complaint against Kenny MacAskill and Tricia Marwick. We need to consider some written evidence that the committee requested during the summer recess and to discuss our approach to the investigation. To avoid prejudicing our investigation, I propose that we discuss those matters in private. Are members agreed?
