The third question is, that motion S1M-2563, in the name of Cathy Jamieson, on the general principles of the Education (Disability Strategies and Pupils' Records) (Scotland) Bill, be agreed to.

That the Parliament for the purposes of any Act of the Scottish Parliament resulting from the Education (Disability Strategies and Pupils' Records) (Scotland) Bill, agrees to any increase in expenditure payable out of the Scottish Consolidated Fund in consequence of the Act.
The fifth question is, that motion S1M-2800, in the name of Patricia Ferguson, on the suspension of standing orders for the Fur Farming (Prohibition) (Scotland) Bill, be agreed to.

The final question is, that motion S1M-2799, in the name of Patricia Ferguson, on electronic voting for the Fur Farming (Prohibition) (Scotland) Bill, be agreed to.
