The next item of business is consideration of motion S2M-4562, in the name of Tom McCabe, on the financial resolution in respect of the Crofting Reform etc Bill.
Motion moved,
That the Parliament, for the purposes of any Act of the Scottish Parliament resulting from the Crofting Reform etc. Bill, agrees to any expenditure or increase in expenditure of a kind referred to in Rule 9.12.3(b)(iii) of the Parliament's Standing Orders arising in consequence of the Act.—[Rhona Brankin.]
