Decision Time

The Deputy Presiding Officer (Annabelle Ewing)

There is one question to be put as a result of today’s business. The question is, that motion S6M-17074, in the name of Stuart McMillan, on behalf of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee, on its inquiry into framework legislation and Henry VIII powers, be agreed to.

Motion agreed to,

That the Parliament notes the conclusions and recommendations contained in the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee’s 21st Report, 2025 (Session 6), Inquiry into Framework Legislation and Henry VIII powers (SP Paper 762).

That concludes decision time.

Meeting closed at 17:01.
