The next item of business is consideration of a business motion. Members should be aware that business motion S2M-3985 has been withdrawn and has in effect been replaced by business motion S2M-3994, which has been circulated to all members and is available at the back of the chamber. I am minded to accept a motion without notice to take that motion at shorter notice.
