In relation to both the draft Animal Health (Fixed Penalty Notices) (Scotland) Regulations 2026 and the draft Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 (Licensing of Non-surgical Procedures) Order 2026, does the committee wish to note that the original drafts of these instruments were withdrawn and the present versions relaid following questions raised by the committee with the Scottish Government?
