Good morning. The first item of business is consideration of business motion S2M-1491, in the name of Patricia Ferguson, on behalf of the Parliamentary Bureau, which sets out a timetable for stage 3 consideration of the Antisocial Behaviour etc (Scotland) Bill.

That the Parliament agrees that, during Stage 3 of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Bill, debate on each part of the proceedings shall be brought to a conclusion by the time-limits indicated (each time-limit being calculated from when the Stage begins and excluding any periods when other business is under consideration or when the meeting of the Parliament is suspended or otherwise not in progress):
Groups 1 to 3 – no later than 40 minutes
Groups 4 and 5 – no later than 1 hour 30 minutes
Groups 6 and 7 – no later than 2 hours and 30 minutes
Groups 8 to 11 – no later than 3 hours and 20 minutes
Groups 12 to 21 – no later than 4 hours and 10 minutes
Groups 22 to 24 – no later than 4 hours and 30 minutes
Groups 25 to 30 – no later than 5 hours and 15 minutes
