Motion Without Notice

We are somewhat ahead of ourselves. I am minded to accept a motion from Mr Tom McCabe to bring forward decision time. Is that acceptable to the chamber?

We have a few seconds to fill. I will return to Ben Wallace's point of order in the 30 seconds that remain. The amendment in question was lodged and therefore was in the public domain, but I will write to Mr Wallace about that.

The time that it will take for me to switch the chair with Sir David will take care of the remaining 15 seconds.
