Brian Adam (North-East Scotland) (SNP):

May I ask the Presiding Officer whether it is the intention of the Executive to make a statement on Mr John Rafferty's future? I ask that in relation to the business motion because there are a number of rumours circulating about that possibility. It would be courteous to let Parliament know whether the Executive intends to make such a statement. Many members would welcome it.

The Executive has no intention to make a statement. Members will have the opportunity to ask questions this afternoon, at question time.

The question is, that business motion S1M-364 be agreed to.

Motion agreed to.
