Under the next agenda item, we have three statutory instruments to consider under the negative procedure. The Subordinate Legislation Committee has considered all three instruments but has commented only on the Rural Stewardship Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2004 (SSI 2004/109). An extract of the committee's report has been circulated. Do members have any comments on the instruments?
