Cross-Border Insolvency (Enterprise Group) Regulations 2025
Our next item of business is consideration of a type 1 statutory instrument notification from the Scottish Government. On 14 March, the Minister for Public Finance and Digital Economy wrote to the committee to give notice of the Scottish Government’s proposal to consent to these United Kingdom regulations. The UK Government intends to lay the SI in mid-summer or autumn.
