Deputy Convener

Thank you. Our next task is to select a deputy convener for the committee. The powers that be, as Donald Gorrie put it, have decreed that the deputy convener should come from the Liberal Democrats. Do we have any nominations for the role of deputy convener?

I nominate Donald Gorrie.

I do not think that I need to ask whether there are any other nominations. Donald, would you be willing to serve as deputy convener?

Yes. I would be very happy to do that.

Donald Gorrie was chosen as deputy convener.
