Official Report 279KB pdf
Our last agenda item is to ask for members' approval to take the decision on the committee's future work programme in private at our next meeting on 1 November. I have had some early discussions with the clerks about our various work options, including potential witnesses that we might like to hear from. I would like to wrap up the work together. We would obviously have to ensure that we communicated any decisions as efficiently as possible through our minutes. Are members happy with that?
The bad news is that, for the agenda next week, the choice is between starting at 9.30 and starting at 10 o'clock and finishing in the lunch hour. My judgment is that we should start at 9.30, which has the potential of letting people out within three hours. Are members agreed?
I will see members next week.
Meeting closed at 16:40.
