Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001

We have another item, although it was not on my agenda—it is an additional item. It concerns draft guidance on consultation for the Scottish commission for the regulation of care and the Scottish social services council under the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001. I am told that the committee has been given information on the item. We are expected to give feedback by Tuesday 23 October, but I expect that that is impossible.
