Good morning and welcome to the 13th meeting in 2021 of the Health, Social Care and Sport Committee. I have received apologies from Evelyn Tweed, David Torrance and Paul O’Kane, and I welcome Jackie Baillie and Marie McNair back as committee substitutes.
