Decision on Taking Business in Private

Welcome to the second meeting in 2016 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee. Good morning to all the members of the committee. The first item on the agenda is a decision on taking business in private; the business is consideration of the mandatory committees’ remits and standing order rule changes.
