Decision on Taking Business in Private

Under item 2, we are asked to agree whether to take in private, at future meetings, the deliberations on our review of the format of the code of conduct for members of the Scottish Parliament. Members will be aware that we asked the clerks to look at simplifying the code with a view to making it more accessible and readable, while not changing any of the existing rules. Does the committee agree to review the code in private at future meetings?
