Valuation for Rating (Decapitalisation Rate) (Scotland) Regulations 2016 (SSI 2016/402)

The Convener

We move to agenda item 3, under which the committee will consider three Scottish statutory instruments. The instruments are laid under the negative procedure, which means that their provisions will come into force unless the Parliament agrees to a motion to annul them. No motion to annul has been lodged for any of the instruments.

As no one has indicated that they want to make any comments, does the committee agree that we do not wish to make any recommendations in relation to the instruments?

Members indicated agreement.

11:54 Meeting continued in private until 13:06.
