Interests

I welcome everyone to the first meeting in 2021 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee. As this is the first time that we are meeting online as a committee, I appreciate that it will be more challenging for members to indicate agreement to the items that are discussed. Therefore, I ask members to raise their hand if they are not content with the question that is being put.

The first item on our agenda is a declaration of interests. In accordance with section 3 of the “Code of Conduct for Members of the Scottish Parliament”, I invite Joe FitzPatrick to declare any interests that are relevant to the committee’s remit.
