Agenda item 3 is to consider whether the regulations have been laid under the appropriate procedure. I refer members to papers 3 and 4 to assist their deliberations. Do members agree that the parliamentary procedure given to the regulations by the Scottish Government is appropriate in respect of the relevant provisions made using the power to correct deficiencies in retained EU law?
