Item 3 is the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, under which we will consider the sift of one Brexit-related Scottish statutory instrument, as detailed on the agenda. The Scottish Government has allocated the negative procedure to the SSI. Is the committee agreed that it is content with the parliamentary procedure allocated to the instrument by the Scottish Government?
