I welcome everyone to the 32nd meeting in 2018 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee. We have received apologies from Stuart McMillan.
I welcome our new member, Mary Fee, who replaces Neil Findlay on the committee. I put on record my thanks and those of the committee to Neil for his work as a member of the committee.
