Good morning everyone and welcome back after the summer recess. This is the third meeting in 2016 of the Health and Sport Committee in the Scottish Parliament’s fifth session. I ask everyone to switch off their mobile phones because they can interfere with the sound system.
The first item on our agenda is to decide whether to take in private item 4, which relates to the implications for the committee’s work of the European Union referendum. There is an approach paper for future work, and such items are usually taken in private.
