Good morning, and welcome to the third meeting in session 7 of the Climate Action Committee. We have received apologies from Claire Baker, and I welcome Donald MacKinnon to the meeting as her substitute.
Agenda item 1 is a declaration of interests. I invite Donald to declare any interests that are relevant to the committee’s remit.
I draw the committee’s attention to my entry in the register of members’ interests. I run a crofting business and I am a shareholder in a common grazing that has interests in peatland restoration.
