Good morning and welcome to the 12th meeting of the Welfare Reform Committee in 2013. I ask everyone to ensure that their mobile phones and other electronic devices are switched off.

Agenda item 1 is a declaration of interests. We have a new member of the committee, Ken Macintosh. I invite Ken to declare any relevant interests.
