Under item 2, the committee will consider the Public Health and Tobacco (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 under the negative procedure. The Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee determined that it did not need to draw the Parliament’s attention to the regulations on any grounds within its remit when it considered them on 30 April.
