Agenda item 3 is on the public bodies act consent memorandum relating to the draft Public Bodies (Abolition of the Advisory Committees on Pesticides) Order 2015. This is a UK instrument to which the Scottish Parliament must give its consent. I refer members to the paper. Does the committee agree to recommend to the Parliament that the draft motion as set out in the memorandum is approved?
