Deputy Convener

Item 2 is the choice of a deputy convener to replace James Kelly. The Parliament has agreed that only members of the Labour Party are eligible for nomination as deputy convener of the committee. I therefore invite Labour members to indicate who will be their nominee.

I volunteer to nominate Lewis Macdonald.
