Under agenda item 4, we have an item of subordinate legislation to consider under the negative procedure. The Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Transfer of Scottish Homes Property etc) Order 2001 (SSI 2001/396) was sent to members on 1 November and no comments have been received. No motions to annul have been lodged, and no other action can be taken on the instrument. The instrument has been considered by the Subordinate Legislation Committee and an extract of that committee's report on the instrument is included in members' papers. I am assuming that no one has any comments on the instrument.

The question is, that the Social Justice Committee has no recommendation to make on the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Transfer of Scottish Homes Property etc) Order 2001 (SSI 2001/396). Are we agreed?
