Organic Aid (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1999 (SSI 1999/107)

This is a brief matter. As Bristow said when discussing the last SSI, the Commission decision is referred to and we should be asking, as a matter of courtesy and to assist ourselves and our advisers, for a copy to be sent along. The legislative drafters will have the copy of the regulations before them when they are making the draft. Is that agreed?
