Are members content that we ask the Executive for an explanation of the following three matters? The first question is whether paragraph 1 of schedule 1 to the Theatres Act 1968 ought to contain a cross-reference to the amendment made by paragraph 4. The second question is whether a further amendment is required to paragraph 7(3)(b) of schedule 1 to the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 in relation to the reference to "conditions" contained there. Thirdly, we ask the Executive to confirm that the amendment made to the Capital Allowances Act 2001 by paragraph 15 of schedule 1 is within devolved competence. Is that agreed?

The order is part of the package of instruments brought about by the reconstitution of the Robert Gordon University. Are members content that we ask the Executive to explain the difference in effect between paragraph (a) and paragraph (b) of article 3? It is difficult to know what the difference is.
