Item 6 is for members to agree that, at future meetings of the Justice 1 Committee, we should meet in private to draft the stage 1 report on the Protection of Children and Prevention of Sexual Offences (Scotland) Bill and to draft the report on our inquiry into the effectiveness of rehabilitation programmes in prisons. Is that agreed?

Members indicated agreement.

That brings us to the end of our agenda. I remind members that the next meeting will be on Wednesday 2 February, when we will consider an issues paper as the start to drawing up our report. I hope that we will also make progress on our report on rehabilitation programmes in prisons.

I conclude by thanking Margaret Smith for her work on the Justice 1 Committee. I am sorry that she is leaving us—with lots of work to do—but I wish her all the best on the Local Government and Transport Committee.

The Local Government and Transport Committee meets for even longer than we do. The other day it met for seven hours.
