Decision on Taking Business in Private

Hello and good morning, everyone. Welcome to the 36th meeting in 2015 of the Rural Affairs, Climate Change and Environment Committee. Before we move to the first item on the agenda, I remind everyone present—at the table and in the gallery—to switch off their phones, or at least to switch them to silent mode, because they can interfere with the broadcasting system. Committee members will be using tablets during the meeting because papers are provided in digital format.

Agenda item 1 is a decision on whether to take business in private. Members are invited to decide whether to take in private agenda item 4, which is consideration of the evidence that will be heard on Scotland’s Rural College under agenda item 3. Is that agreed?
