Good morning everyone and welcome to the 42nd meeting in 2002 of the Justice 2 Committee. This is our second time in this venue. I believe that one more meeting in the Hub is scheduled in our programme of events; for the rest, we shall meet in the chamber, which I am sure members will be pleased to note.
