Good morning and welcome to the 18th and final meeting this year of the Standards Committee.

I extend a warm welcome to Ian Jenkins, who joins us for item 2. We have received apologies from Tricia Marwick and again welcome Mike Russell as committee substitute in her place. That is becoming a habit.

One I hope to break.

We have apologies from Paul Martin. Susan Deacon and Ken Macintosh are running late this morning, but I hope that they will join us as we proceed.
