Good morning, everyone. I welcome you to the fifth meeting of the Justice 1 Committee in this session. As usual, I ask members to turn off all mobile phones and so on. I have received apologies from Michael Matheson, who is unable to join us this morning.

Item 1 is to ask the committee to agree to consider item 2 in private. Item 2 is discussion of our lines of questioning on justice and home affairs in Europe. Is that agreed?
