I welcome members to the meeting. I ask the committee to agree to take items 3, 4 and 5 in private. Is that agreed?

We have agreed to consider items 3 and 4 in private because they concern draft reports. Item 5 is consideration of a paper concerning the proposed approach to the Proportional Representation (Local Government Elections) (Scotland) Bill at stage 1, which contains details of potential witnesses.
