Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, everyone. I welcome you to the ninth meeting in 2011 of the Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee. I remind everybody to switch off their phones and BlackBerrys, as they affect the broadcasting system. I think that we are all present and correct today.

The first agenda item is the committee’s decision on taking item 4 in private. Is that agreed?
