No substantial points arise on the order, although members may have views on the revocation of previous orders.
We generally take the view that it is preferable to clear out previous orders. The legal brief points out that, in this case, that was a matter of choice, so it may not be unreasonable to proceed as the Executive has done. However, we normally support clearing out old stuff to prevent clutter.
If you are not too worried about that, we will just leave it and simply raise with the Executive the minor point that is in the legal brief. Is that agreed?
