Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the 17th meeting in 2010 of the European and External Relations Committee. I have apologies from Jim Hume, and Irene Oldfather is not able to come to the meeting. I hope that her mother is feeling a bit better today. Frank McAveety will be late.

Agenda item 1 is to decide whether to take in private item 6, under which the committee will consider its report to the Finance Committee on scrutiny of the Scottish Government budget. Do members agree to take item 6 in private?
