Good morning. I welcome everyone to the 26th meeting this year of the Justice 1 Committee. We have received no apologies this morning. I remind members that, if they have not switched their phones off, they should do so for the purposes of getting the maximum sound.

Item 1 is to consider whether we want to take item 4 in private. Item 4 is consideration of whether we are going to continue to appoint a committee adviser in relation to the Family Law (Scotland) Bill. Is it agreed that we will take item 4 in private?
